Description

You will be part of our operational performance team, where every step of the customer journey gets analysed and improved. As the market is getting more and more professional and competitive, we need to be able to provide to our customers the most optimized and effective process to sell photovoltaic installations. Your job will be, together with the Technology, Business Intelligence and Operations teams, to deeply understand the drivers and the key variables that directly impact the ratios involved in each of the steps of the selling process, then set the improvement priorities, strategies and actions to measure and continuously improve across different countries.

The successful candidate will be able to partner effectively with both business and technical teams, including clear communication of results across a variety of stakeholders in a fast-paced environment. He/she will be an expert connecting data insights to business impact. He/she will be able to present analytical results and insights clearly using multiple methods, including written summaries and visualization/reporting tools. The candidate will also have an eye for optimization, operational rigor and technical issue resolution, will be strong leaders who can prioritize well, communicate clearly, and have a consistent track record of delivery.

Responsibilities include (but NotLimited To)

  • Define the area strategy and budget needs and build up your own team
  • Challenge current way of working, identify process inefficiencies and focus on continuous improvement, notably through automation and technology development
  • Sit with local Country Managers to analyze process drivers and identify optimization opportunities, design new processes and roll-out plans
  • Sit with Business Intelligence teams to define measurement strategies, KPIs and dashboards to drive improvement strategies
  • Sit with Technology teams to define future roadmaps and quarter software development needs
  • Homogenize, align and structure a sales process standard for ezzingSolar in the different countries
  • Propose and negotiate strategies, plans and quarter expected improvements with the board of the company
  • Demonstrate quarter improvements in the process ratios and KPIs in every country

Qualifications and skills

  • 8 – 12 years of experience in consulting or project management in a fast-paced and international environment (ideally on business strategy, operational excellence or performance steering)
  • Experience reporting directly to C-Suite roles
  • Experience with data visualization using PowerBI, Tableau, Quicksight, or similar tools
  • Ability to effectively prioritize projects, manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously, and drive projects to completion under tight deadlines
  • Problem solver, process oriented, ability to foster team spirit and performance
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organization & time management

Will be a plus

  • Master’s Degree as well as a top Business or Engineering School
  • Entrepreneurship experience
  • Experience within the Solar or Renewable Energy
  • Proven experience working abroad, leading projects in an international environment
