Job Description

To support our customer growth we are looking for a CUSTOMER SUCCESS MANAGER who will be responsible for developing long-term relationships with our customers. We are looking for a reliable, analytical, hard-working individual to join our company, working with both our internal teams as well as clients in a multi-cultural environment

Our ideal candidate is a good communicator, excellent listener, self-motivated, a natural problem solver, and a great multi-tasker who is able to work in a fast paced, dynamic environment. Proactivity and willing to improve are a must at ezzingSolar.

Our ideal candidate will also have experience developing B2B relationships across functional areas as well as background in Project Management or Customer Success Management with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding program goals.

Experience within the ENERGY, RENEWABLES, SOLAR SECTOR, SAAS SOLUTIONS, is welcome but not mandatory.

Main Goals

  • Drive Customer Success Outcomes in ezzing’s Accounts
  • Collaborate with customers to better understand their goals and ambitions
  • Expand our revenue in Accounts through cross-sell and up-sell of products and services in collaboration with Internal Sales Team

Responsibilities

  • Own the ultimate success of our customers, ensuring they realise the full value of the ezzing solution
  • Develop effective long-term key customer relationships
  • Identify and collaborate with the sales team regarding expansion, up-sell, cross-sell and additional service/support opportunities within accounts
  • Maintain relationships with key users and decision makers at assigned accounts, keeping them connected to the value being added by our products
  • Develop Customer Success methodologies and own team initiatives that improve productivity
  • Define segmentation of customer base and varying strategies to serve each optimally
  • Align with Product around driving ezzing’s product roadmap to customers and market needs
  • Identify opportunities for continuous improvement
  • Recognize trends across similarly situated customers
  • Learn from best practices in industry
  • Help oversee Implementations in new clients together with the Project Management Team
  • Interact and work together with the different areas of the company
  • Training and continuous learning
  • Approximately 30% Travel

Requirements

  • Significant experience in a Customer Success capacity (B2B preferred) or dealing with customers
  • Comfortable working with Large Enterprise organizations
  • Experience working with sophisticated enterprise clients
  • Fluency in Spanish  and English
  • Relevant Masters/Bachelor’s degree

Skills

  • Highly motivated, goal-driven, outgoing, inquisitive, and customer-centric
  • Deep understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
  • Honest and transparent partner to customers, winning and keeping their trust
  • Ability to multi-task across a high number of accounts at any given time
  • Exceptionally well organised/detail-oriented with outstanding oral and written skills
