In effect, we are looking for a Customer Sucess Manager 馃槈

Who are we?聽

We are a big family. And apart from that, our goal at ezzingSolar is to democratise solar energy so that it reaches as many homes as possible. We are committed to clean, renewable energy that minimises our footprint on the planet. We’ll tell you more about it later, but now let’s get down to the nitty-gritty.

Your goals

We’ll tell you a bit more in the interview, but to give you an idea, your main tasks will be:

鉃 Own the ultimate success of our customers, ensuring they realise the full value of the ezzing solution

鉃 Develop effective long-term key customer relationships

鉃 Collaborate with customers to better understand their goals and ambitions

鉃 Identify and collaborate with the sales team regarding expansion, up-sell, cross-sell and additional service/support opportunities within accounts

鉃 Help oversee Implementations in new clients together with the Project Management Team

What do we expect from you?

馃枼 Significant experience in Project Management, Customer Success capacity (B2B preferred) or similar.

馃憤 Comfortable working with Large Enterprise organizations.

馃棧 Fluency in Spanish and English.

馃槂 Constructive and positive attitude in general towards the challenges faced by our company.

馃攣 Comfortable with constant changes. We are a start-up and organizational changes happen all the time.

馃摑 Ability to multi-task across a high number of accounts at any given time.

You will earn points if…

馃帗 You have a relevant Masters/Bachelor鈥檚 degree.

馃幆 You are exceptionally well organised/detail-oriented with outstanding oral and written skills.

馃寧 You have experience with energy, solar sector or renewables.
